When you’re traveling with Trailways of New York, it’s important to us that you know exactly what to expect in the event of a delayed or cancelled trip. Refunds/Change Fees

Trailways of New York will gladly honor the ticket/fare paid for trip(s) cancelled as a result of weather related incidents for up to (3) three consecutive days.
