Could anything be better? We don’t believe it. With the trip revamped for the upcoming season, Sourced Adventures is making sure you have something to do other than head to a bar on a Saturday night. There is still beer involved (if you so desire) but first we’ll help you escape the city for an evening of NYC Snow Tubing. Got evening plans? No problem. select dates that have earlier departures so you can get back to the city in time for a night out. Get cold while tubing? No problem…there is a bonfire at the base of the hill to keep you warm between laps. After a solid time on the hill, hop back on our luxury coach bus for a ride to a nearby brewery where a hearty dinner awaits. Enjoy your dinner and have a chance to purchase and sample all the award winning brews that our partner brewers have to offer.

FAQ

Is beer included in the trip?

No, beer is not included in the trip. It is available for purchase at the brewery!

Where do we put our things while we’re out tubing?

Any items you don’t want can be left on the bus! The bus won’t be parked right by the hill, so make sure you take all your warm clothing off the bus with you.

What’s the schedule for the evening?

The following itinerary represents our standard departure times*:

2:15pm: Depart Adventure Cafe

3:00pm: Depart West 45th St

5pm -7pm: SNOW TUBE! (There is a bonfire at the base too)

7:00pm: Depart Mountain Creek

7:30pm: Arrive at Brewery & Dinner

9:30pm: Depart Brewery

11:00pm: Return to Gotham

What time do we get back?

You’ll be back in NYC at approximately 11pm.* Weather and traffic permitting.

Where should I meet the bus?

First pickup is always at our HQ, Adventure Cafe located at 85 Delancey St on the Lower East Side between Ludlow & Orchard.

Second pickup is always West 45th & 11th Ave on the street across from Gotham Market.

It is always the same bus picking up downtown and heading uptown so if you’re meeting a friend and each want to use separate pick up locations that is no problem, just inform your guide.

What should I wear?

Hat, gloves, snow pants, winter jacket, warm layers, goggles (if you have them)  and cash or credit card for drinks at the tubing hill and at the brewery. Don’t forget your 21+ ID!

We want you to have an awesome time, period — it’s what we do.

Fine Print

Trip is nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the event. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, your ticket will be fully refunded. Event subject to change/cancellation based on weather/river/snow level conditions. All trips run rain or shine; in the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be notified via email. For reschedules within 10 days of departure there is a $35 rescheduling fee per person. There are no reschedules or refunds for missing the bus or no-shows. Each ticket is good for one (1) person, unless specified otherwise. Trips involving alcohol are 21+ , valid ID required. All other trips are 18+. The deal is valid only for tickets on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates. Provided transportation by Sourced Adventures is required; you may not drive yourself.

In order to attend any Sourced Adventure whether your ticket is purchased directly through Sourced Adventures, Inc. or any of it’s affiliates, distributors or partners you are required to sign and submit a copy of our release of liability waiver before departure. We will collect your waiver on-site and by attending you must agree to our release of liability terms outlines in our waiver.
